    WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?

    Your order will be shipped with DHL and Global Mail, and depending on your country, the final carrier can be a different company, therefore, feel free to reach out to us if you need further information about the carriers. We always indicate the expected delivery times next to each product and update them periodically. 

    Please note that delivery times may vary. Nonetheless, you can always follow the status of your order by using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

    HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

    Once the order has been placed, we can no longer make any changes as your order details are immediately sent to the fulfillment center. During our business hours (Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm), we can try to change your address within 180 minutes of placing it. To do that, please call us under +371 20000846.

    HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

    As soon as we have handed over your package to DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking link. That way you can always track your parcel.

    MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED DELIVERY TIME. WHAT CAN I DO?

    If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery time, please check the tracking link first. Perhaps your package was delivered to a pickup shop or to a neighbor. If this is not the case and the shipping status has not been updated within 2 working days, please contact us.

    WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES?

    The customer is responsible for payment of any VAT, custom duties taxes, and related charges applicable to their order upon delivery. If your order is being shipped outside of the EU, you may need to pay VAT, customs duties taxes, and related charges to receive your order. There could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. You can pay taxes and duties on the DHL website by clicking “Pay now” on your order’s tracking page, or directly to the courier on the day of delivery. Taxes and duties can also be paid at the DHL office if you pick up the parcel yourself.

    Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you make an order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

    If for any reason you don’t pay the import or duty charges, then we have the right to charge you for any additional costs that might be charged to us because of this. Once you have paid, your order will be delivered to you.

    Please note that if you are requesting a refund for an item, you paid duty for, we are unable to refund the duty as it is not collected by us.
