The Sentum Group provide refunds only in next cases:
1. If the product was damaged in case of delivery
2. If the customer received another product
3. If the customer received something which is not the same as which he ordered on the site
Please note that we are unable to refund custom fees.
The customer can apply for a refund in 14 days from receiving the order.
In case of refund, the customer needs to write down the reason for the refund, number of orders, order date, and we will process the inquiry within 7 days.
