This was the first time trying the product for me and at first I was very sceptical, but my friend made me buy it. And after the test run I think I like it! I did not have a big problem with sweets but now I don’t have a singe thought about eating them. I would defiantly recommend this to people, but I feel like if you really can’t stop eating sweets you should consider a bigger pack!
