This was the first time trying the product for me and at first I was very sceptical, but my friend made me buy it. And after the test run I think I like it! I did not have a big problem with sweets but now I don’t have a singe thought about eating them. I would defiantly recommend this to people, but I feel like if you really can’t stop eating sweets you should consider a bigger pack!

I bought a 2 weeks course twice and I can’t say I stopped eating sweets at all, I still eat sweet... I don’t really understand the point of this product, didn’t really help me, would recommend taking a longer course!
